Inbound Customer Service Representative

MRG is hiring full-time, in-office Call Center Representatives to help guests plan vacations, book reservations, and resolve any issues that come up.

PAY
$17–$19/hour + performance bonuses

SCHEDULE
All positions are in-office and full-time.

• Day shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Night shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM
• Weekend shift: Saturday–Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls from vacation package guests, always with the goal of setting up a trip
• Answer questions and help resolve any of our guests' issues that arise
• Assist guests with selecting vacation destinations and travel dates
• Change plans from "Maybe. Can I call you back?" to finalizing reservations and collecting payment
• Motivate the guest to set up the trip and collect final payment on the same call
• Bring energy and enthusiasm to every call while hitting your performance goals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude and upbeat, outgoing personality
• Ability to deliver enthusiastic and engaging customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to type 18 WPM or greater
• Great work ethic and consistent reliability
• Comfortable working toward call and sales targets
• Openness to coaching and feedback
• Prior sales, call center, or leadership experience a plus, but not required
• Must be 18 years or older to comply with legal requirements

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
