JustSimply Marketing (JSM) is a fast-scaling, fully remote digital marketing agency based in Ontario, Canada. We help personal brands across the US and Canada (coaches, speakers, consultants and experts) build, grow and monetize their online brands, from content and funnels to launches of info products and high-ticket programs. We have worked with creators like Danny Singson, Dr. Nae and Shaun T.

TEAM VISION

Our clients' webinars, challenges and funnels bring in applicants every day. The enrollment team turns that interest into enrolled students and real revenue. Strong advisors grow into senior closer and sales leadership roles.

THE ROLE

You own the enrollment conversation for our clients' coaching programs, masterminds and workshops. Every lead you speak with has already applied or booked a call. Your job is to understand their goals, show them whether the program fits and help them make a confident decision.

You report to the Sales Manager and work closely with setters, marketing and the client's delivery team.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Run enrollment calls with applicants for coaching programs, masterminds and workshops.
• Diagnose each lead's goals and recommend the right program, or say no when it isn't a fit.
• Handle objections on price, timing and trust with honesty.
• Follow up with every undecided lead until there is a clear decision.
• Collect payment details or deposits using the client's checkout process.
• Log every call, outcome and note in GoHighLevel the same day.
• Share common objections with marketing so the funnel improves.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year in phone-based sales, ideally coaching, education or info products.
• Closed deals of $3,000 or more.
• Excellent spoken English and a confident phone manner.
• Comfortable with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, Zoom and Google Sheets.
• Coachable: you apply call feedback the same week.

RESULTS

• Calls taken per week [confirm].
• Close rate on qualified calls [confirm].
• Cash collected per month [confirm].
• Follow-up completed on 100% of undecided leads.
• Every call logged in the CRM the same day.

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

Fully remote. 6:00 AM–2:00 PM EST (6:00 PM–2:00 AM PHT), Monday to Friday. Some evening or weekend calls around client launches and events.
