Warehouse Inbound Lead

Pay: $21 - 24/hr

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Location: 2080 South Industrial Rd, Suite C, Salt Lake City, UT 84104

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and participate in picking and packing items with the warehouse associates
• Daily prepare the warehouse for inbound shipments
• Maintain cleanliness in the production area daily
• Train all new warehouse associates on processes and best practices
• Lead in creating a safe work environment by teaching and enforcing safety directives
• Support the warehouse manager by communicating needs and delivering on assignments

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or shipping (preffered)
• 1+ years of leading a team, preferably in a warehouse setting
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English, Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus
• Computer and mobile phone literacy
• Skills in problem solving, analytics, and team optimization
• Ability to clearly communicate with leadership and team members
• A focused, optimistic, and “can do” attitude
