Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily inbound warehouse activities, including receiving, unloading, checking, staging, and put-away of incoming goods.

• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time according to company standards.

• Perform inbound transactions accurately using NetSuite ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Verify product quantity, batch, and shipping documents before dispatch.

• Coordinate with internal teams and transportation partners to ensure timely shipment.

• Report shipment issues, inventory discrepancies, and operational concerns to the supervisor.

• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, safety, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control processes.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or warehouse systems is preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
