Inbound Receiving / GRN & Barcoding Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming stock/material at the warehouse.
• Verify received quantity against PO/Invoice/ASN.
• Perform SKU, quantity and physical condition checks.
• Generate/process GRN in WMS/Uniware accurately.
• Handle product barcoding, tagging and relabelling wherever required.
• Identify and report shortages, excess, wrong SKU and damaged stock.
• Coordinate with SCM/Purchase/Vendors for receiving discrepancies.
• Ensure received stock is properly segregated and handed over for putaway.
• Maintain inbound receiving records and daily MIS.
• Ensure all inward stock is processed within defined TAT.
