Inbound Reservation Executive

Overall responsibilities

• Handling requests of bookings and quotations from agents and direct clients & system related works for Malaysia/Borneo.
• Handles in a timely manner, FIT & GIT quotes, bookings and any work related to reservation.
• Handles monthly invoicing from booking system and monitoring payment requirements for pre-payment agents.
• Run reports from the reservation system when requested
• Liaising with Finance Department on payment received
• Updating information on TOURPLAN for booking details
• Maintain excellent communication with colleagues and suppliers
• Work closely with other department to ensure highest standard of service delivery to clients
• Any other responsibility given by the company
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the company whenever is necessary
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Others:

• Coordination with the sales, operation & reservation departments with our offices (in all 3 offices).
• Supporting OPS with preparing for client’s arrival; welcome signage, welcome itinerary and vehicle passenger list.
• Knowledge of Malaysia and its destinations is a must. Minimum 4 years experience related to reservation role (A-Z).
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and excellent computing skills.
• Mastering TOURPLAN is a must
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work flexible hours during peak season.
