Inbound Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for carefully listening to our customers- new and loyal repeat clients, building a relationship with them, and then maximising service & sales opportunities. We pride ourselves on really understanding our holidays and our customers and matching their requirements to the perfect trip, something our customers will always remember.
• This will primarily be over the phone, but also very occasionally via digital channels.
• Providing excellent customer service to all clients whether new or existing
• Achieving pre-set KPI’s including, but not limited to, handling time, conversion, revenue, and service.
• Using the booking engine and all tools provided to create perfect tailor-made trips
• Taking responsibility for your own learning; always seeking out new ways to learn and grow, for your own and the companies benefit.
• Be solutions focussed, always finding ways to do things better for our customers, our business, and our colleagues.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-7 years of experience in BPO sales, inside sales, outbound sales, or international voice process.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in handling high-pressure situations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Experience working in an international BPO environment with exposure to UK/US markets.
