If you've spent a year or more in Merchant Cash Advance or business funding, you already know how hard that phone game is. You dial hundreds of times a day, chase bank statements, work merchants who've been pitched by ten other shops that week, and watch deals die in underwriting.

What You'll Do

• Take live inbound calls from consumers dealing with unsecured debt (credit cards, personal loans, medical bills)
• Run a structured consultation covering hardship, debt load, budget, and goals
• Explain debt relief options clearly and honestly, and qualify each caller for the program
• Close qualified clients and guide them through enrollment
• Keep your pipeline clean in our CRM and follow up on open opportunities

Who We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of phone sales in MCA, business funding, or business lending (strongly preferred). Debt settlement, debt relief, or other high-ticket phone closing experience will also be considered.
• You're confident, quick on your feet, and comfortable handling objections
• You can talk about money and hardship with empathy and stay professional
• You're coachable, competitive, and driven by your numbers
• You show up every day and treat the role like a career

Compensation
Average reps earn about $60,000 per year. Top producers earn $150,000 or more. Commission is uncapped, so what you earn depends on how much you close. Actual earnings depend on individual performance, production, and the terms of the compensation plan.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | In person at our downtown Miami office. This is not a remote position.
