: INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

U.S. Home Improvement Campaign | Remote | Independent Contractor

We are looking for confident and motivated Inbound Sales Representatives to handle warm-transferred calls from U.S. homeowners.

💼 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will receive warm-transferred calls from another department. The customer’s basic information and project details will already have been collected.

Your responsibilities include:

* Receive warm-transferred calls from qualified customers

* Verify the customer’s information

* Discuss the service and understand the customer’s needs

* Answer questions and handle objections

* Build rapport and create interest in the service

* Encourage qualified customers to proceed with the enrollment

* Close the deal and complete the checkout process

* Follow the provided call flow and script

* Use your communication and sales skills to effectively close qualified customers

* Accurately document call outcomes

🎯 THIS IS A CLOSING ROLE

You will not be responsible for cold calling or generating leads.

Customers are already engaged and transferred to you after the initial information has been collected. Your main responsibility is to verify, explain, handle objections, and close the deal.

A script and complete process will be provided, but we are looking for agents who can communicate naturally and confidently rather than simply read from a script.

🎓 2-DAY TRAINING & NESTING

The onboarding process consists of 2 days of training and nesting.

Day 1 – Onboarding & Product Training

* Campaign onboarding

* Product/service introduction

* Call flow

* Tools and systems

* Sales process

* Script familiarization

* Closing techniques

* Objection handling

Day 2 – Nesting

* Practice and call handling

* Coaching and feedback

* QA monitoring

* Final readiness assessment

⚠️ Training is unpaid.

The 2-day period is a short pre-engagement orientation and nesting process designed to familiarize you with the campaign, product, tools, workflow, and expectations before you begin the paid engagement.

📄 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SETUP

This is an Independent Contractor position, not a regular employee position.

As an independent contractor:

* No SSS contribution from the company

* No PhilHealth contribution from the company

* No Pag-IBIG contribution from the company

* No paid vacation or sick leave

* No regular employee benefits

* Compensation is based on the agreed contractor/incentive structure

💻 EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT

Own equipment is required. Equipment will NOT be provided by the company.

Applicants must have:

* Own computer/laptop

* Reliable high-speed internet connection

* Headset with clear microphone

* Quiet and professional workspace

* Backup internet/power source is an advantage

💰 SALES INCENTIVE

💵 $10 (approximately ₱620) per closed deal

🔥 5 Closed Deals = $60 total incentive

The incentive structure rewards consistent closing performance and gives you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on successful sales.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

* Strong English communication skills

* Comfortable communicating with U.S. customers

* Sales, closing, or BPO experience is preferred but not required

* Confident and persuasive communication style

* Strong listening and objection-handling skills

* Goal-oriented and motivated by sales incentives

* Own computer/laptop and equipment

* Reliable internet connection

* Quiet and professional work environment

* Willing to work U.S. hours

* Willing to complete the 2-day unpaid training and nesting
