About the role

You will receive warm-transferred calls from qualified customers whose basic information and project details have already been collected. This is a closing role focused on communicating with engaged customers, handling questions and objections, and closing qualified opportunities. You will not be responsible for cold calling or generating leads.

Key responsibilities

• Receive warm-transferred calls from qualified customers
• Verify customer information
• Understand the customer's needs
• Explain the service and answer questions
• Handle objections professionally
• Build rapport and create interest
• Encourage qualified customers to proceed with enrollment
• Close the sale and complete the checkout process
• Follow the provided call flow and sales process
• Accurately document call outcomes

About you

• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable communicating with U.S. customers
• Sales, closing, or BPO experience preferred
• Confident and persuasive communication style
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by sales incentives
• Own computer/laptop and equipment
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet and professional work environment
• Willing to work U.S. hours
