Job Summary

As part of the Sales account, you will engage prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward appropriate products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on assigned sales leads.
• Build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Assist with sales campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Support retention and repeat-purchase opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• BPO, Customer service or Call Center experience is an advantage but not required.

Work Setup and Location:

• ONSITE - Mandaluyong

Shift Available:

• Nighshift, Graveyard, Midshift, Dayshift, Shifting Schedule
