Inbound Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a related 4-year course; relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, receiving, or inbound operations is required
• With supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling operation
• Strong leadership and coordination skills in managing receiving, unloading, inventory, traffic flow, and warehouse personnel
• Able to supervise inventory monitoring, truck scheduling, unloading activities, stock rotation, and warehouse utilization effectively
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills in addressing inbound bottlenecks, material shortages, and warehouse operational issues
• Able to coordinate effectively with Procurement, QA, Laboratory, Accounting, Maintenance, Production, drivers, guards, and suppliers
• Familiar with truck scale operations, unloading coordination, warehouse safety, stock labeling, and raw material quality monitoring
• Willing to render extended hours when required by operations

JOB SUMMARY:

• Leads the overall inbound warehouse operations and is responsible for the correct, effective, and efficient management of receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, issuance, and inventory control of direct raw materials.
• The position also oversees inbound material resource planning in coordination with the Nutritionist and
• Procurement to ensure timely material availability, proper inventory levels, and uninterrupted production support.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise inbound warehouse activities covering receiving, unloading, inspection, storage, issuance, FIFO implementation, and inventory control of direct raw materials and related materials.
• Coordinate inbound material planning, delivery scheduling, and stock availability with Nutritionist
• Procurement, QA, Laboratory, Accounting, Maintenance, and other concerned stakeholders.
• Supervise inbound personnel, truck receiving flow, unloading priorities, truck scale operations, parking management, stock labeling, and warehouse space utilization.
• Oversee quality-related checks during receiving, escalate material discrepancies, and ensure proper handling of rejected, damaged, segregated, or disposable materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, orderliness, and effective warehouse conditions across receiving, unloading, storage, silo-related, and parking areas under the unit.
