Inbound Team Leader

• Make sure all team in scheduled that day are attend

• Distribute delivery note (SJ) including AQL form to staff

• Monitoring checking process

• Documentation unloading process Import, Inner back

• Report abnormal receiving

• Follow up abnormal cases (damage, less/excess goods, legality, & shelf life) to Purchasing team

-Make sure receive process same with AQL form (PO, Qty and Quality)

• Handover goods return to Inventory team after finish process receive

• Handover damage goods from return to Shipping team

• Handover and documentation to Shipping team

• Make sure between PO system and delivery note from SBY are matched

• Documentation unloading process

• Follow up abnormal cases (damage, less/excess goods, legality, & shelf life) to SBY

• Handover damage goods to Inventory team (if any)

• Input data PO and abnormal cases from internal transfer back SBY in Google Doc (GDOC)

• Unloading time report

• Input and report all PO receive that day

• Make sure stage Inbound clean from rubbish, empty box, etc.

• Make sure tools and equipment are complete and well condition."
