  • Monitor daily performance metrics, including container unload turnaround time, receiving accuracy, and put-away speed.
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, safety reminders, workload priorities, and team assignments.
  • Help address attendance, performance, and workflow issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Identify, document, and report cargo damages, shortages, or overages to the procurement and supply chain teams.

Slotting & Put-Away Optimization

  • Coordinate with outbound and inventory control teams to support slotting strategies for seasonal, high-volume, or fast-moving SKUs.
  • Ensure received goods are properly labeled and put away to designated racking locations according to company SOPs.
  • Maximize staging area and floor space utilization to help prevent dock congestion.
  • Monitor put-away progress and help identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce OSHA requirements and company safety protocols throughout the inbound area.
  • Promote safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and other material handling equipment.
  • Conduct routine checks of receiving docks, dock levelers, staging areas, and warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Report safety concerns, equipment issues, near-misses, or warehouse incidents to management in a timely manner.

  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills in English required.
  • Bilingual English / Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to support communication with cross-border headquarters, vendors, and local teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying warehouse temperatures, and stand or walk for extended periods on the warehouse floor.
