What they need

Join the team powering 100% renewable energy

Be the coordinator who keeps materials moving—from the dock to production to outbound freight. In this role, your attention to detail, ERP fluency, and safety mindset directly support our mission to develop and deliver clean power plants for a sustainable world.

Your impact

  • Own receiving: accept and stage deliveries, maintain a clean, safe loading area, and verify goods against purchase orders.
  • Keep production on pace: supply workstations with required parts in line with the build schedule.
  • Execute outbound: prepare shipments and safely load trucks with accurate counts and careful handling—including deliveries to the farm.
  • Stay data-true: record all movements (in/out/loss) in the management system and process receiving, inventory, and sales order shipments in SAP.
  • Protect inventory health: track levels, perform routine counts, and reconcile variances.
  • Support operations as needed with other assigned tasks.

What you need to succeed

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
  • ERP skills (SAP preferred) to update inventory, trace movements, and generate reports.
  • Fluent English for clear communication; ability to read delivery notes and inventory reports.
  • Forklift licensed; experienced with heavy material handling and shipping/receiving.

Safety commitments (non‑negotiable)

Nordex places the highest priority on the safe operations of its business. The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Properly use applicable safety equipment, including but not limited to eye protection, hearing protectors, steel-toe boots, and hard hats. Loose-fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Speak and understand English fluently to effectively communicate safety and job-related information, follow safety instructions, and collaborate with English-speaking supervisors and team members.

Tools you’ll use

  • ERP Software
  • SAP
