Incharge - Maintenance

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Incharge – Maintenance to oversee the smooth functioning, safety, and upkeep of our facility, equipment, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor UPS, DG, AC, lighting, plumbing, and other facility equipment.
• Coordinate AMC, vendors, contractors, and service technicians.
• Ensure proper functioning of fire safety systems and emergency equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, service logs, inventory, and compliance documents.
• Supervise maintenance staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor energy, water, and maintenance costs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, AMC coordination, and safety compliance.
