What they need
- Lead and manage Hobbing, Shaving, CNC Turning, and OD Grinding production operations to achieve daily production targets and quality objectives.
- Hands-on expertise in Hobbing & Shaving machine setup, tooling selection, gear manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards, quality inspection requirements, precision measurements, and automotive manufacturing best practices.
- Supervise and develop production operators and technicians while promoting a safe, productive, and continuous improvement culture.
- Drive productivity improvements through Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, waste reduction, and effective production planning
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
