Incharge sample

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably with an educational background related to garment production, fashion, or manufacturing.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sample In-Charge in the garment industry.

• Experienced in handling garment samples from sample development through approval, ensuring that samples meet buyer requirements and production standards.

• Understanding and mastering the complete garment production process from start to finish.

• Have capability to read and understand tech packs (design specification sheets).

• Able to analyze samples and understand the characteristics of various types of fabrics, raw materials, and sewing threads.

• Have a skilled in managing production flow and line balancing to ensure a smooth production process and prevent work accumulation at any particular stage.

• Understanding quality standards and defect tolerances for sewing and fabric to minimize rejected products.

• Able to prioritize tasks, manage production schedules, and ensure activities are completed according to the target timeline.

• Able to monitor progress and take timely action to prevent production delays.

• Able to identify production problems quickly and determine practical solutions.

• Able to handle issues related to machines, materials, manpower, quality, and production flow.

• Able to lead, direct, and motivate operators and production teams to achieve quality and production targets.

• Able to delegate tasks according to employees' skills and capabilities.

• Able to communicate clearly and effectively with operators, supervisors, and related departments.

• Able to coordinate and provide clear instructions to ensure smooth production operations.

Job Descriptions :
