Incharge - Workshop

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operation and maintenance of plant utilities: water cooling systems, cooling towers, pumps, air compressors, and hydraulic and lubrication systems supporting the rolling mill
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply to the mill
• Monitor utility performance, water treatment and energy consumption, and implement efficiency improvements

Desired Candidate:

• Experience in Hot Rolling Mill mandatory.
• Relevant experience in the respective role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at the Asansol location.
