Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical maintenance of the rolling mill: reheating furnace, mill stands, shears, cooling bed, Tempcore/quenching system and bundling equipment
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance to maximize uptime
• Supervise roll shop activities, roll changes, pass setting, guide alignment and gearbox and bearing maintenance

Desired Candidate:

• Experience in Hot Rolling Mill mandatory.
• Relevant experience in the respective role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work at the Asansol location.
