Incident Manager – 6-Month Contract

South Dublin | 3 Days Onsite

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Incident Manager to join a fast-paced, business-critical environment within Financial Services.

You’ll take the lead during major incidents, managing incident bridges, coordinating technical teams through service recovery, and delivering clear, timely communications to key stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in minimising service disruption and ensuring critical services are restored as quickly as possible.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in Incident or Major Incident Management.
• Hands-on experience leading incident triage and bridge calls.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical team coordination skills.
• Experience in Financial Services or another complex, business-critical environment.
• ITIL knowledge and exposure to change management are advantageous.
