Incident Manager| Thane

• The Incident Manager adheres to the set policies, processes, and systems for the delivery and implementation of a quality incident management processes.

• The incident manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, planning, and organization of resources for the resolution of Incidents.

• The Incident Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT incidents.

• Role includes declaring the incident as a major incident and ensuring that the MIM process is followed, and the incident is resolved at the earliest.

• Manage & Drive Technology related major incidents

• Manage incident progress and establish Internal & external progress updates & flash periodic updates.

• Ability to take ownership and be accountable for an incident/task.

Experience Range : 8 to 10 Years

Qualifications : Bachelor's / Master's Degree
