Experience Range : 8 to 10 Years

Qualifications : Bachelors / Masters Degree

• Role includes declaring the incident as a major incident and ensuring that the MIM process is followed, and the incident is resolved at the earliest.
• Manage Drive Technology related major incidents
• Manage incident progress and establish Internal external progress updates flash periodic updates.
• Ability to take ownership and be accountable for an incident/task.
