Incident Response Associate ( 3 Month)

Job Introduction

The Incident Response Analyst role offers an opportunity to support global clients in managing data breach and incident response activities. This position involves working with sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and quality delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work as a subject matter expert on Data Breach Analysis [DBA], review and management for US, UK, and other jurisdiction clients for India Delivery centres.
• Identify/capture personal information within electronically stored documents. Examples include:
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
• Personal Health Information (PHI).
• Payment Card Information (PCI).
• Ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Work on client system through remote access.
• Maintains confidentiality of all organization and client information.

Required Skills:

• Good in written and Verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
• Candidates with demonstrated experience in Data Breach Response, or Incident Response will be preferred.
• Good to have - Knowledge and hands-on experience in breach notification and privacy laws around data breach scenarios is desirable but not must.
• Ability to priorities between multiple complex projects/timelines.

Qualification:

• Any graduate or postgraduate
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

(Candidates must possess all required graduation or postgraduation degree certificates, or official provisional/probation certificate issued by the respective university or institution at the time of joining.)

• Shift Timing: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

• Location: Gurgaon

• Duration: 3 months

• The contract duration may be extended based on individual performance and business requirements.
