What they need
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- รับผิดชอบหลักในการบริหารจัดการและควบคุมดูแลงานด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารประกอบรายได้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษี และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ครบถ้วน
- สนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน และจัดเตรียมข้อมูลให้ฝ่ายบัญชีการเงิน
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานทางการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน-ภายนอก
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
คุณสมบัติ
- จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำแหน่งงานอย่างน้อย 0-3 ปี (ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) หรือ ลูกหนี้ (AR) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เข้าใจหลักการบัญชี การคำนวณภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (Vat) และการจัดทำบัญชี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบใสใจในรายละเอียดของงานที่ทำให้ผิดพลาดน้อยที่สุด
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (Excel, Word) ได้ดี
- สามารถภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
