ROLE/DESCRIPTION

Independent vs. captive, There are two paths to building an insurance career. Become an agency owner.

Work with licensed associates who diligently ensure client accounts are constantly updated, processed, and analyzed.

Consultants are trained to grow a successful agency and understand compliance with finance regulations and company policies.

POSITION SUMMARY

Remote part-time (with opportunity to go full-time) commission base with residual income potential, you'll be an integral member of a team that helps clients reach their financial goals. You will demonstrate professionalism and high emotional IQ, providing insurance and financial services while assembling a plan that works for your clients. Trained to offer your clients high-quality expert advice. You'll own your book of business from day one and work towards reaching promotions based on personal production while building your agency.

• Provide clients with a consultation to determine their current financial situation, including following through on client requests, anticipating client needs, and providing end-to-end guidance.
• Based on their individualized needs analysis, the financial associate prepares recommendations for customized financial solutions to current and potential customers.
• Help clients identify risk and manage it appropriately, by understanding the latest developments in the financial world and sharing with clients information that can help them make informed decisions.
• Complies with all the company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Independent individual to work remote sales as a Financial Strategy Associate, working in asset growth, asset protection, and tax strategy. This role is built for someone who already knows the fundamentals of the business and is ready to build a book of business using our systems, tools, and lead-generation infrastructure.
• An active Life and Health license, currently in good standing (required — we're not able to consider unlicensed candidates or sponsor licensing for this role). Health, Series 65, 3, or 7 licenses are a plus.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in financial services, insurance, or a closely related field
• Based in and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Someone knowledgeable, self-directed, and coachable — able to take direction and run with our systems rather than needing to be trained from the ground up
• Also a plus: a college degree (Economics, Finance, IT, Accounting, Communication, or Business), bilingual or multilingual fluency.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
