Incoming/Outbound Document Assistant

BLS Law, Associates and Bruce L Scheiner, Attorneys for the Injured, is currently seeking a full-time Incoming/Outbound Document Assistant in Fort Myers, FL. Duties include**,** but are not limited to:

• receiving incoming mail, e-mail, scans, and faxes
• properly sorting, naming, attaching and/or delivering incoming documents
• sending outgoing mail, scans and faxes
• preparing packages for mailing
• delivering and/or picking up the mail (inter office and at the post office)
• various administrative and offices tasks and other duties as assigned

Must be dependable, professional, friendly, and be available to work Monday through Friday, standard business hours. A strong candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and standard office equipment such as copy/fax machines and postage machines. Candidates should also possess the ability to multitask, pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal. Must have a valid FL Drivers License and a clean driving record.
