IND-OIC Lead/Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Solution Architect / Technical Lead to lead the integration team, drive technical architecture, and deliver scalable integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in OIC, JavaScript, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Oracle APEX, and Oracle technologies.

Technical Expectations

• • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including integrations, orchestration, connectivity agents, adapters, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Expertise in designing and developing integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud, on-premises applications, and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with JavaScript, VBCS, and Oracle APEX for application extensions, custom UI development, and business process automation.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion technical tools, including FBDI, HDL where applicable, BI Publisher, OTBI, and file-based integrations.
  • Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, data mapping, transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of integration security, authentication, certificates, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in designing reusable integration frameworks, error-handling mechanisms, and monitoring solutions.
  • Ability to perform code reviews, technical assessments, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution.

Leadership Expectations

• • Lead and mentor the OIC technical team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Own integration architecture, technical design, development standards, and best practices.
  • Review technical designs, code, integrations, and deployment plans.
  • Manage resource allocation, task assignments, priorities, and technical escalations.
  • Work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee implementation, enhancements, production support, and critical incident resolution.
  • Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, code version control, and support readiness.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and reduction of recurring production issues.

Required Qualifications

• • 8–15 years of experience in Oracle technical development and integration technologies.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in OIC and Oracle Fusion integrations.
  • Experience in JavaScript, VBCS, Oracle APEX, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL/PL/SQL.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and owning end-to-end integration delivery.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in both implementation and Managed Services Support (MSP).

Preferred Skills

• • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Visual Builder, and application extensions.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and integration impact assessments.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated deployment, source control, and integration testing.
  • Oracle Integration Cloud certification preferred.

Key Requirement: The candidate must combine strong hands-on OIC development and solution architecture expertise with the ability to lead the technical team across integrations, VBCS, JavaScript, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Fusion technical solutions.
