Independent B2B Sales Representative – HR Services Remote | Multi-State | Commission-Based

Elevare HR Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated B2B Sales Representative to help expand our growing client base. This opportunity is ideal for an independent sales professional with experience selling HR services to small and growing businesses.

Elevare HR Solutions provides fractional HR services and practical HR support designed to help businesses strengthen their people operations, maintain compliance, and build effective workplace practices.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple U.S. markets
• Prospect small and growing businesses that could benefit from Elevare's HR services
• Connect with business owners, executives, and other key decision-makers Introduce prospective clients to Elevare HR Solutions and generate interest in our services
• Generate and qualify prospective clients and coordinate consultations with Elevare HR Solutions
• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up activity

What We're Looking For

• B2B sales or business development experience, preferably selling HR services
• Experience selling services to small and growing businesses
• Proven success generating new business
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience with fractional HR, HR consulting, outsourced HR, PEO, payroll, benefits, recruiting, or related business services is a plus

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent sales opportunity.

Representatives earn a 15% monthly commission on each eligible client they generate that enters into a paid engagement with Elevare HR Solutions, for the first six months of the client relationship.

There is no cap on the number of clients a representative can generate or the amount of commission that can be earned.
