Responsibilities

• Commercial Insurance, Chaffeur License, any airport license decal necessary
• Safely operate luxury vehicles, including limousines, vans, and other chauffeur-driven cars, adhering strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Plan and execute local driving routes efficiently using GPS navigation and navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with baggage, offering local knowledge, and maintaining a courteous demeanor throughout the journey.
• Maintain the cleanliness, mechanical condition, and overall appearance of the vehicle through regular checks and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, confirm schedules, and provide updates as necessary.
• Ensure passenger safety at all times by following safety protocols and managing passenger behavior professionally.
• Assist with loading and unloading passenger baggage and ensure secure handling during transit.
• Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities for record-keeping purposes.

Experience

• Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or chauffeur services with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation tools, navigation software, and advanced navigation systems for efficient route planning.
• Strong knowledge of local driving routes, traffic regulations, and safety standards applicable to luxury or limousine vehicles.
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles that involve direct client interaction is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with vehicle maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or troubleshooting is a plus.
• Experience operating various types of vehicles including buses, vans, box trucks or school buses is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
