We are a fast-growing residential and commercial cleaning company seeking experienced, professional independent cleaning partners to accept residential, turnover, and commercial assignments.

If you already operate your own cleaning business or take on private contracts and want to fill open slots in your schedule, we provide steady job volume without the headache of marketing or sales. We cover 100% of advertising costs, client acquisition, and software fees. You simply show up, provide high-quality service, and get paid weekly.

Contractor Requirements (Must Have to Partner):

• Experience & Quality: Minimum 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience with a proven track record. You must align with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee—delivering top-tier work and willingly fixing any missed details promptly.
• Equipment & Supplies: Must have your own reliable vehicle, commercial-grade vacuum, ladder, and complete cleaning kit (including eco/pet-friendly options).
• Communication & Language: Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with our support team.
• Tech Competency: Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphone apps (for managing schedules, viewing work orders, and uploading mandatory before/after job photos).
• Business Readiness: Active General Liability Insurance (or willing to obtain a policy prior to accepting jobs) and ability to pass a background check.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
