ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY CJM Logistics Group, LLC is seeking qualified independent contract drivers in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex to support an immediate high-volume package clearing project. This is a short-term, high-earning engagement with the opportunity for continued route assignments upon successful completion.

COMPENSATION

$2.00 per package delivered — flat rate, no tiers or thresholds

$120 guaranteed daily minimum

Weekly direct deposit, paid as an independent contractor (1099)

VEHICLE REQUIREMENT

Sedan, minivan, or SUV. Routes are sized to your vehicle's capacity — no van, truck, or special vehicle purchase or rental required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Load, sort, and verify assigned packages at the designated Dallas-area facility Complete assigned delivery routes accurately and within service windows Scan and confirm all deliveries using the provided mobile application.

Communicate route status and exceptions to dispatch throughout the day Return any undeliverable packages to the facility at end of route.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license with a minimum of 18 months driving experience

Reliable personal sedan, minivan, or SUV

Current auto insurance

Smartphone with reliable data service

Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record review

Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs

Dependable, professional, and able to start immediately

PREFERRED Prior last-mile, courier, gig delivery, or rideshare experience

Familiarity with Dallas–Fort Worth metro area routes and neighborhoods

Pay: $120.00 - $200.00 per day
