Seeking an Independent Lash Specialist

Eris Beauté is looking for a licensed, self-motivated lash professional who wants to grow their own beauty business within an established beauty space.

This is not a traditional hourly or W-2 position. This opportunity is designed for an independent beauty professional who wants the freedom to build their own brand and clientele while having access to the space, systems, and support of Eris Beauté.

As a provider within Eris Beauté, you’ll have the freedom to set your own availability, maintain your own social media and personal brand, and perform services using your preferred professional techniques, while operating within the shared client-care, sanitation, and business standards of Eris Beauté. Contractor will have opportunity to add other services to their menu if interested wit training included.

Compensation starts at 35% commission, with basic lash necessities and business infrastructure provided by Eris Beauté. A 40% commission structure may be available for providers supplying their own professional service products/consumables, depending on the arrangement.

Eris provides the treatment space, online booking system, payment processing, lash necessities, business environment, marketing opportunities, and access to professional/business-development resources.

You bring your license, professionalism, skill, independence, personality, brand, clientele( if applicable), and desire to grow.

Providers may operate as a sole proprietor or LLC and are responsible for their own business and tax obligations.

Ideal for someone who wants the independence of building their own business without immediately taking on the full expense of operating a storefront alone.
