You will work remotely, manage your own schedule, and be supported through structured training and proven systems from day one.

This is not a traditional salaried role. It is best suited to self-motivated individuals who value flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing personal and professional development.

What You Will Do

• Connect with individuals interested in personal development programmes and opportunities
• Schedule and manage follow-up conversations with prospective clients
• Apply digital marketing and lead generation strategies to grow your reach
• Participate in ongoing mentoring, training, and collaborative learning
• Take ownership of your daily activity, goals, and outcomes

What We Are Looking For

• Genuine interest in personal development, leadership, or lifelong learning
• Confident communicator - comfortable on video calls and online platforms
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with remote digital environments and online tools
• Background in coaching, mentoring, education, or related fields is a bonus - not essential
