Paradiso Performance is a brand-new fitness facility opening in Mayville, NY, and we're looking for a limited number of qualified independent personal trainers to work with clients in our facility.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated trainer who wants the flexibility to build and manage their own training business while working in a professional, high-quality fitness environment.

Independent trainers at Paradiso will manage their own clients, training schedules and business while having access to the Performance facility for approved personal training sessions.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one or small-group personal training to your clients
• Create safe and effective individualized training programs
• Manage your own client relationships and training schedule
• Maintain appropriate client records and waivers
• Follow Paradiso facility policies and safety standards
• Keep training areas and equipment clean and organized
• Help maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all Performance members

Independent Trainer Structure

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an hourly employee position.

Trainers will:

• Set and manage their own training schedules
• Manage their own clients
• Be responsible for their own business and tax obligations
• Maintain required professional certifications and insurance
• Operate under Paradiso's independent trainer agreement and facility policies

Specific facility fees and trainer arrangements will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Current nationally recognized personal training certification
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, professional and self-motivated
• Commitment to safe and appropriate training practices
• Ability to work independently

Previous personal training experience and an existing client base are preferred but not required.

We're intentionally limiting the number of independent trainers who will operate from the facility. Our goal is to create a strong group of professional trainers while giving each trainer room to build their business.
