Independent Sales Agent – Pure Commission-Based

MabuhayTech Corporation is looking for an Independent Sales Agent to generate leads, develop client relationships, and secure new business opportunities. This is a pure commission-based independent contractor arrangement with no fixed salary.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Promote MabuhayTech’s products and services.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct client outreach and follow-ups.
• Assist in presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing sales.
• Maintain communication with prospects and provide sales updates.

Requirements:

• Sales or business development experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently.
• Comfortable with a pure commission-based arrangement.
• Existing client or business network is an advantage.

Commission:
Commission rates and payment conditions will be based on the Independent Contractor Agreement and applicable qualified sales transactions.
