The Opportunity

This role is designed for an independent sales professional who already has an active network in the healthcare or medical device sector and is looking to add innovative products to their existing portfolio.

This is not a salaried position. It is a pure commission-based opportunity for someone who is motivated by performance, autonomy, and long-term commercial upside.

Your Mission

  • Develop sales opportunities for Woondz products across Flanders and Brussels
  • Open doors with hospitals, surgeons, healthcare professionals, and relevant decision-makers
  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities
  • Build strong field relationships and generate product interest through a consultative sales approach
  • Introduce Woondz solutions as valuable additions within clinical environments
  • Act as a true market hunter, focused on business development and revenue generation

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as an independent sales agent, freelance business developer, or commission-based commercial profile
  • Strong hunter mindset with a track record in opening new accounts
  • Existing network in medical devices, healthcare, surgical products, hospital sales, or adjacent sectors
  • Comfortable working on a commission-only model
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, results-driven, and highly commercial
  • Strong knowledge of Flanders and Brussels
  • Able and willing to integrate additional products into an existing commercial portfolio
  • Dutch fluency is important; French and English are strong advantages
