We’re seeking a commission-based Independent Sales Representative to help us expand our impact by partnering with local K-8 school administrators and parent organizations (PTA/PTO) to increase awareness and adoption of our supply kit program. What You’ll Do

*Establish a new regional market of Sprout partner accounts.

*Build and maintain relationships with school administrators and parent groups to improve brand awareness and program adoption.

*Arrange meetings with potential customers to present the Sprout School Supply Kit Program.

*Manage your sales pipeline and grow your customer base through proactive outreach (cold-calling, emailing, networking).

*Assess customer needs, market trends and local insights to grow market share.

*Support implementation of our program strategy and execute tactics across all channels.

*Partner with current accounts to leverage a wide range of communication resources to promote the Sprout Supply Kit sale.

*Participate in weekly sales, marketing and leadership meetings.

*Identify and pursue networking opportunities across your region.

Our top sales representatives have launched supply kit programs in over 75 schools and consistently exceeded sales targets annually. You’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact and be recognized for your achievements.

What You Bring Required Skills:

*Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

*Accountable for cold/warm outreach to prospect accounts (primarily phone and email).

*Ability to independently move projects forward and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

*Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

*Strong negotiation and selling skills.

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

*Highly organized, with strong time and project management skills.

*Ability to effectively log CRM notes and manage regional sales pipeline.

*Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Experience in NetSuite is ideal.

Preferred Experience:

Direct sales to K-12 schools, districts, or educational institutions.

Experience collaborating with PTO/PTA groups.

Familiarity with school procurement cycles and fundraising programs.

Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

Benefits

This is a 1099 commission-based role with an eligible draw of $30,000 annually. Anticipated first-year earnings are $30,000-$50,000, with significant earning potential as your account base grows. Established sales representatives managing 80+ accounts earn an average of $100,000+ annually in commissions.
