ESG Index Structurer - Paris

We are partnering with our client, a leading investment bank, to identify an ESG Index Structurer to join our client's team in Paris on a permanent basis. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of equity derivatives, index design and sustainable finance, where you will contribute directly to the development and structuring of ESG-focused index solutions across a broad range of equity derivative products.

Role Overview

As an ESG Index Structurer, you will focus on creating and optimising ESG indices and solutions, working closely with trading, sales and risk teams. You will leverage your experience in equity derivatives and structuring to design innovative products that meet investor demand for sustainable and responsible investment strategies.

Key Skills & Experience

• ESG expertise
  • Solid understanding of Environmental, Social and Governance concepts and how they translate into index methodologies and investment products.
• Index structuring
  • Experience in designing, modelling and implementing index strategies, including rules-based approaches and performance analysis.
• Solutions structuring
  • Ability to build tailored equity-linked solutions and structures that respond to specific client needs and risk/return profiles.
• Equity derivative product knowledge
  • Coverage across equity derivative products, with a clear grasp of payoffs, risk drivers and pricing considerations.
• Structuring experience (2-8 years)
  • Proven background in structuring within an investment bank environment, ideally focused on equity and ESG-related products.
• Paris-based role
  • Willingness to be based in Paris and collaborate closely with our client's team and stakeholders on-site.
