Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting, expanding, and onboarding agencies onto the platform in the South Asian market, as well as monitoring the daily operations of hosts and agencies.
• Maintain strong relationships with key hosts and agencies, develop high-quality hosts, and improve overall agency engagement and stability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve platform-related issues, provide feedback from hosts and agencies, and support product improvements and optimization.
• Assist with translation and communication between relevant teams and agencies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, and prepare regular reports.

Analysis & Strategy

• Analyze operational data of hosts and agencies.
• Prepare regular data reports (weekly/monthly) and coordinate routine data reporting.

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in Hindi (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Good English communication skills are an advantage for coordinating with business teams.
• Good understanding of the social media, live streaming, and voice chat room industries.
• Strong data analysis skills and an operations-oriented mindset.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong cross-departmental communication and resource coordination skills.
• Strong awareness of industry trends, with the ability to quickly identify changes in competitor activities and market dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the live streaming or social platform industry, either as a host or in agency operations (preferred).
• Experience with live streaming applications in the South Asian market, particularly India, and an established network of live streaming agencies.
• Good understanding of live streaming platform mechanisms, including virtual gifting, revenue generation, and revenue-sharing systems.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.

Work Schedule

Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
