What they need
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the company’s IndiaMART account and product listings.
- Supervise the IndiaMART executive team and allocate leads effectively.
- Generate B2B business leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Monitor lead response time, follow-ups, conversion rates, and sales targets.
- Handle key customers, negotiate prices, and close bulk orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and track team performance.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of IndiaMART, B2B sales, and lead management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
