Indian chef

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie – Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of experience in hotel kitchens, with strong expertise in Indian cuisine, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise authentic Indian dishes, including North Indian and South Indian cuisine.
• Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food stock, ingredient quality, and wastage control.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef for daily kitchen requirements.
• Guide and supervise Commis Chefs and other kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
• Follow standard recipes and maintain proper food storage procedures.
• Assist in menu planning, daily specials, and new dish development.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of relevant experience in Indian cuisine within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, and food presentation.
• Experience working in a hotel kitchen is preferred.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently and work under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
