We are seeking an experienced Indian Chef to manage our Indian kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing authentic regional Indian dishes, managing the tandoor and curry sections, and ensuring all kitchen SOPs and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality Indian curries, gravies, and appetizers.
• Standardize recipes to maintain consistent taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Manage daily kitchen inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety, kitchen hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Train and supervise commis chefs and junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure efficient ticket times and coordinate smoothly with the front-of-house team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Indian Chef, CDP, or Sous Chef in a restaurant or hospitality brand.
• Deep hands-on expertise in North Indian cuisine, and regional specialties.
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of kitchen SOPs, equipment maintenance, and stock management.
• High stamina and ability to handle high-volume orders during peak hours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
