Indian Computer Operator

You will handle phone calls, computer data entry, logs maintaining refunds

Essential Responsibilities:

• handle phone calls
• maintain refund log
• answer email queries of customers

Education:

• High School Graduate preferred, need to know how to use computers

Skills/Knowledge:

• Happy nature willing to work with others
• Ability to use computers and replying to emails

Equipment Used/Software Needed:

• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Intermediate level

Working Conditions:

• Normal office working conditions
• A requirement is that no meat can be brought to the office and must eat lunch in already divided groups or eat out if you want.

Other:

• Work cooperatively with staff and customers.
• Must be willing to submit a background check and possibly a drug screen.
• Must have access to reliable transportation
• If applicable, must have valid driver's license or valid photo ID
• Must be available to work during company business hours.
