Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Indian First Commi who can prepare quality Indian food and manage daily kitchen preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Indian curries, gravies, vegetables and other dishes.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
• Manage ingredient preparation and cooking.
• Coordinate with kitchen helpers.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Indian kitchen preferred.
• Good knowledge of Indian cuisine.
• Ability to manage kitchen work efficiently.
