Mental Health Therapist for Adults, Couples and/or Teens

Full-Time | 30 Hours/Week | $47–$95/Hour | Benefits + Paid EMDR Training

We are a woman-owned mental health practice specializing in trauma treatment and client-centered care. We provide in-person and telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, children, teens, and families across Montana.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking one full-time clinician to join our Bozeman team who is compassionate, dependable, and genuinely invested in helping clients create meaningful change.

We are especially interested in a clinician who enjoys working with couples and teens.

Position Details

• Approximately 30 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours if desired
• $47–$95/hour, depending on licensure, experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities
• Opportunity to transition from hourly compensation to salary
• Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
• Tuesday–Saturday availability required
• Some early evening availability required
• No holiday requirement
• In-person position at our Bozeman, Montana office

Licensure Requirements

We welcome both pre-licensed and independently licensed clinicians who are eligible to practice in Montana, including:

PCLC, LCPC, SWLC, LCSW, ACLC, LAC, MFT, and LMFT

Candidates must:

• Hold a master's degree in an applicable mental health field
• Be appropriately licensed or license-eligible to practice in Montana
• Be eligible for credentialing with applicable insurance panels
• Maintain required professional liability coverage
• Be willing and interested in working with adolescents
• Be in good standing with the Montana Board of Behavioral Health
• Experience working with couples

Preferred Qualifications

Preference may be given to candidates with:

• Experience working with teens and couples
• Experience treating substance use disorders
• Experience providing couples and/or family therapy
• Experience providing individual adult therapy
• Interest or training in EMDR and trauma treatment
• Existing credentialing with major insurance companies

Compensation

$47.00–$95.00 per hour, based on licensure, experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities.
