Individualized Home Support (Without Training)

We are a fast-growing Minnesota Home Healthcare provider, and we are searching for IHS workers (without training) to join our team.

Individualized Home Support without Training

Individualized Home Support Without Training services provide support, assistance and supervision to adults or children who live in their own homes.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide support to individuals by supervising individual care activities. This service does not include training for a person to be able to gain or become independent with a task.
• Provide supervision and reminders for managing daily activities
• Assist in managing in-home staff activities, creating work schedules, implementing, and monitoring activities, and ensuring that Safeway Home Healthcare procedures are being adhered, to provide adequate service provision accurately.
• Provide support for personalized plan creation.

Case Load

         DSP will have a case load of two clients, 15 hours for the Location in Maple Grove and 10 hours in the location of White Bear Lake.
