About Cycle Culture

Cycle Culture is a boutique indoor cycling studio in Tooting Bec, South West London. Founded by husband-and-wife team Paul and Mili Saini, we’ve built a premium fitness and hospitality brand centred around exceptional coaching, community, and experience.

Our instructor team is intentionally small, allowing us to collaborate closely, support one another, and continually develop our coaching skills. We use the Schwinn Indoor Cycling methodology as the foundation of our programming and focus on delivering safe, effective, and engaging rides.

Our studio is equipped with industry-leading bikes, sound, air conditioning, and technology, allowing instructors to focus on what matters most: coaching and connecting with riders.

The Role

We’re looking to add one or two experienced indoor cycling instructors to our growing team.

Successful candidates can expect to teach between 1–4 classes per week and will be expected to commit to regular weekly time slots. We have very low instructor turnover and are looking for team members interested in becoming a long-term part of our community.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience teaching indoor cycling classes
• Is passionate about fitness, coaching, music, and community
• Delivers safe, effective, rider-focused coaching
• Thrives in a team environment and is eager to learn
• Is reliable and committed to a consistent class schedule
• Wants to grow as an instructor through mentorship and development

Requirements

• Previous indoor cycling instruction experience
• Schwinn Indoor Cycling certification (or willingness to obtain before teaching)
• Valid CPR/AED certification
• Fitness instructor insurance (£5m minimum cover)
