Job Title: Indoor Cycling Instructor – PUSH Studio (Independent Contractor)

Job Type: Contract – Independent Instructor Monthly Pay (Class-based rate)

Compensation:

• 30 minute class: $30/class
• 40, 50 & 60 minute class: $35/class

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for strong, outgoing personalities who are charismatic, joyful, and full of energy. Previous experience taking or teaching spin classes is required—however, we are most interested in your presence, passion, and ability to light up a room. We value team players who thrive in a collaborative environment, support and uplift one another, and are willing to put in the work to help the entire team succeed. If you love hyping people up, thrive in group settings, and want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and brings the energy, we want you on the mic!

Requirements:

• Previous experience riding
• First Aid & CPR Certification (or willing to obtain before hiring)
• Enthusiastic, welcoming, and inspiring personality
• Comfortable with being filmed during classes (classes are used in social media content)
• Must be available for the following Mandatory Training Days:

November 13th (6:30-8:30 pm), November 14th (1:30 pm - 4:00 pm), November 15th (12:30 pm 3:30 pm)

• Available to audition with a full 50-minute mock class the week of November 22nd
• Willing to teach various class lengths (30, 40, 50, 60 minutes)
• Willing to volunteer and participate in PUSH-related events outside of the studio.

Audition & Training Process:

Selected candidates will attend mandatory Training Days where you’ll learn the studio's lingo, policies, music flow, class structure and much more. If you're not already part of the PUSH community, you'll also be required to attend at least 3 regularly scheduled classes throughout November (at your own expense). This is followed by a fun, low-pressure audition teaching a full 50 minute class. All instructors are selected by the studio owner.
