INDOOR SALES ASSISTANT

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Indoor Sales Assistant to join our team. No prior sales experience is required as full training and guidance will be provided. The role involves assisting customers, handling sales enquiries, preparing quotations and orders, and supporting the sales team with daily operations. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, responsible, and comfortable communicating with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers' enquiries and provide product information
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and other relevant documents
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and orders
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and sales-related tasks
• Maintain good communication and relationships with customers
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure orders are processed smoothly
• Perform other duties related to indoor sales as required

About you

• No prior sales experience required
• Willing to learn and develop sales and customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills
• Able to work well as part of a team
